- As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software. Common inquiries include downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and addressing basic tax questions. We provide continuous support to help you succeed.
- Get paid $18.50 per hour¹
- TurboBonus Boost: Enjoy an additional $5.00 per hour from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available. To qualify, you must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th².
- Receive a $310 bonus for participating in certification as a TurboTax Product Expert³.
- Certification occurs over 3 days.
- Build your own schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
- A minimum of 30 hours per week is required; you can work more if desired¹.
- You will be supported by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) during live calls, along with an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist) advocate.
