More about the role :

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and very basic tax questions. We provide continuous support to assist you.
• Get paid $18.50 per hour¹
• TurboBonus Boost of $5.00 per hour: Enjoy this bonus from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available. To qualify, you must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th².
• Earn a $310 bonus for participating in getting certified as a TurboTax Product Expert³.
• Certification occurs over 3 days.
• Build your own schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
• Minimum 30 hours per week required; you can work more if desired¹.
• You will be supported during live calls by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist) advocate.
