Job summary

Wynen's seeks a Turbine Services Manager to lead operations, maintenance, and reliability of turbine assets across our energy portfolio. You will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, coordinate outages, and drive data-driven improvements to enhance performance and safety.

In this role, you will mentor technicians, collaborate with engineering, operations and EHS, and implement standard best practices to reduce costs while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading turbine maintenance and reliability programs.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and root-cause problem solving.
• Ability to manage outages and coordinate contractors/vendors safely.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and EHS collaboration.
