Kodiak Gas Services LLC is seeking a Turbine Technician to support mobilization, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer interface on turbine and large power generation assets. This is a rotational role on a 28-days-on / 28-days-off schedule, requiring extensive travel to field sites and remote locations.

• Technical school degree or trade certification or equivalent hands-on field experience.
• Experience with gas turbines, reciprocating engines, or power generation equipment.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting.
• Strong computer skills to complete service documentation and reporting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Support mobilization and demobilization of turbine and power generation projects.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on gas turbines, diesel generators, and related equipment.
• Execute standard field service work per OEM specs and company procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve recurring mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with senior technician support.
• Complete required service documentation, reports, and work orders.
• Provide customers with operational familiarity and basic training on equipment use and maintenance.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams to support service delivery.
