El Car Wash is seeking a Tunnel Operator to run the wash line with speed, safety, and precision. You will guide vehicles through the tunnel, monitor systems, and keep operations moving smoothly during high-volume shifts.

Qualifications

Reliable attendance and punctuality for all shifts.
Ability to stay focused in a loud, fast-moving environment.
Strong situational awareness to catch issues early.
Clear, concise verbal instructions to customers under pressure.
Able to lift 40+ lbs and work in wet outdoor conditions.
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
Open to constructive feedback and quick to adjust.
Automotive, manufacturing, or equipment-operation experience is a plus.
