El Car Wash in Doral, FL is seeking a Tunnel Operator to keep the wash line running smoothly, safely, and fast. You’ll guide vehicles with precision, manage flow, and bring high energy and a friendly EL smile to every customer.

You’ll perform quick inspections, monitor tunnel systems, and stay proactive to prevent issues. This fast-paced role rewards reliability, teamwork, and hands-on problem solving with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance is essential for shifts.
• Ability to stay focused in a loud, fast-moving environment.
• Strong situational awareness to catch issues early.
• Clear, concise verbal instructions under pressure.
• Able to lift 40+ lbs and be physically active throughout shift.
• Comfortable working in wet, humid, outdoor conditions in all weather.

• Automotive, manufacturing, or equipment operation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Command the tunnel and guide vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Set a high-energy, welcoming tone with a signature EL smile.
• Perform quick checks (windows up, sunroofs closed, beds clear).
• Make fast, sound judgments to keep the tunnel safe and moving.
• Operate and monitor tunnel systems and controls.
• Identify hazards and keep tunnel area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to maintain smooth operation.
