Qualifications

• High school diploma; vocational training or certifications in a relevant field preferred.
• 3–5 years in construction or utility services with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of workers, providing clear direction and delegating tasks effectively.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Interpret and implement project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and maintain schedule and quality.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and toolbox talks.
• Maintain accurate daily reports on progress, resources, and safety observations.
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, clients, and crew members.
• Train and mentor junior crew members.
