Job summary

West Village Post Acute in Greenville, SC offers a tuition-paid CNA training program in partnership with Impact CNA School. This 6-week course provides classroom instruction and hands-on training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant, with a path to full-time employment after certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Eligible for enrollment in a state-approved CNA training program.
• Interest in long-term care, nursing, or healthcare.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend and successfully complete all CNA training classes and coursework.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities under supervision.
• Learn proper infection prevention and safety procedures.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions to licensed staff.
• Support residents with meals, hydration, mobility, and comfort.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and respect in every interaction.
• Work alongside experienced caregivers to develop confidence and clinical skills.
