The ideal candidate possesses strong sales and customer service skills, is fluent in English, and is highly motivated. No prior experience is needed as on-the-job training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required; knowledge of Mandarin is a bonus.
• No prior work experience is necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Must have own laptop.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Interview tutors & brief tutor profile to parents.
• Achieve individual/team target.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties.
