Job summary

Magna Exteriors is seeking a Material Handler for the Kentucky facility to supply materials to production lines using Hi-Lo or Standup Tugger equipment. The role requires tugger experience, forklift certification within 8 weeks, and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

You will maintain inventory accuracy and support safe manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include organizing materials, recording movements in the ERP system, and ensuring FIFO readiness while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Tugger experience is mandatory.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be forklift certified within (8) weeks.
• 2 years relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and stock material supplies to meet production requirements and inventory control guidelines in a JIT environment.
• Ensure a safe working environment by observing safety policies and procedures.
• Record all material movement within the ERP system for inventory accuracy.
• Deliver material to production lines and maintain storage areas.
• Perform cycle counts and 100% inspection of incoming material.
• Maintain FIFO and assist with housekeeping goals.
