• Inspect finished carpet and textile products for quality control and defects
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
• Monitor yarn feed, needle alignment, and pile height throughout production
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety standards
• Meet production quotas and communicate shift updates to supervisors

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating tufting machines or textile/carpet manufacturing equipment preferred
• Ability to work 3rd shift hours, including nights and weekends as needed
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality production standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment
• High school diploma or GED preferred
