Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is hiring compassionate Personal Care Assistants to provide in-home care to seniors in Meadowbrook, AL. The role offers flexible 12-hour shifts (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays, 7 AM–7 PM) with pay between $14 and $15 per hour.

As a PCA you will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and accompany clients to appointments. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or PCA experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude.
• Experience with personal care and blood sugar management.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.(REQUIRED!!)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current TB test
