Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of guest service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a dynamic operational setting.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with and adhere to the policies and procedures of the resort handbook and best practices.
• Support activities in daily operations across all activity areas.
• Responsible for guest and employee safety including compliance with all SOPs and daily logs.
• Actively foresee, plan for, and mitigate hazards across all activity areas.
• Lead training assessments, check-off forms, and provide daily coaching to Leads and Activities employees.
• Safe use of company vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with inspection logs across all areas.
• Assist in monitoring daily payroll, budget, and scheduling.
• Maintain a positive attitude in all guest interactions.
• Perform HR tasks such as appraisals and disciplinary documentation as needed.
