Job summary

Eads Cooling Solutions LLC in Catoosa, OK is hiring a Tube Roller to support our production team. The role involves rolling, stabbing, assembling, and hydrostatic testing of tubes, with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will interpret blueprints, follow procedures, and document test results to ensure precise workmanship. We value teamwork, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safe operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months to 1 year manufacturing experience preferred, heat exchanger industry familiarity is a plus.
• Crane and/or manlift certification, or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and drawings to identify tube specifications and ensure precise execution.
• Roll and stab tubes into sections following established procedures.
• Conduct hydrostatic testing according to standard work instructions.
• Assemble tube components ensuring proper fit and functionality.
• Document hydrostatic testing results and assembly information on traveler.
• Operate cranes and other machinery as needed to support tube handling and assembly.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance for optimal operation.
• Take on other duties as assigned to support production goals and team efficiency.
