Job summary

Eads Cooling Solutions LLC in Catoosa, OK is seeking a Tube Roller A or Specialist to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on rolling, stabbing, assembling, and hydrostatic testing of tubes, following safety and quality standards to keep production efficient.

The Tube Roller works with blueprints, performs equipment operation, and documents results while maintaining a hazard-free workspace. This role requires safety compliance and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience; heat exchanger experience preferred.
• Crane and manlift certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Physical stamina for frequent lifting, reaching, and standing.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination for tool and machine operation.
• Commitment to safety, PPE, and JSA protocols.
• Ability to identify defective items and take corrective actions.
• Willing to perform other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and drawings to identify tube specifications.
• Roll and stab tubes into sections following procedures.
• Conduct hydrostatic testing per work instructions.
• Assemble tube and section components ensuring proper fit.
• Document hydrostatic testing results and assembly information on traveler.
• Operate cranes and other machinery as needed.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment.
• Support production goals and team efficiency.
