Lindsay Corporation is seeking a Tube Mill Operator to support our tube finishing and material handling operations in Nebraska. You will operate tube mill machinery, band saws, forklifts, and cranes, while assisting with tooling installation and ensuring quality across finished products.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing standard and nonstandard maintenance, and recording inspection data.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• 3–6 months related experience and/or training; on-the-job training may be provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
• Able to operate runout tables, end finishing and bundling, storage building loads.
• Must qualify and maintain operator license for equipment.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions.
• Must wear PPE (boots, eyewear, hard hats, gloves, etc).
• Overtime and weekends may be required.

Responsabilités

• Operates tubing end finishers, band saws, overhead crane, forklifts and side loaders.
• Assists with installation of tooling on Tube Mills.
• Observes operation and verifies dimensions of finished products.
• Routinely inspects and removes finished pieces from machine bed.
• Performs quality checks and records them as required.
• Performs routine and nonroutine maintenance on the mill and related equipment as directed by Team Lead.
• Operates all material handling equipment and conducts accurate quantity counts.
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials.
• Unloads incoming material and moves to designated warehouse locations.
• Stores incoming material and ensures paperwork is complete.
• Fills production and shipping orders and prepares containers for shipment.
• Verifies outgoing shipments against bills of lading and orders.
