Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read basic work instructions, production documents, and measurements.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials as required.
• Ability to work around heat, noise, heavy equipment, and moving machinery.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate material handling equipment and production machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material flow and operate production and material handling equipment.
• Maintain product identification and ensure safe, efficient production.
• Assist with equipment setup, inspections, quality checks, and basic maintenance.
