Scope Services is seeking a Tube Mill Helper in Eau Claire, MI for an immediate temp-to-hire placement. You will assist tube mill operators, measure materials with a tape measure, perform routine mechanical tasks, and help maintain a safe, efficient production line.

The role requires lifting and standing for long periods on the factory floor, with production incentives and benefits including health, life, and vision insurance, plus 401(k) eligibility after six months.

Qualifications

The Tube Mill Helper plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of tube mill machinery by assisting skilled operators and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the production process. This position involves preparing materials, performing measurements, and conducting routine mechanical tasks to maintain equipment functionality and product quality. The helper will contribute to maintaining a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and assisting in troubleshooting minor mechanical issues. Collaboration with team members is essential to meet production targets and maintain consistent output. Ultimately, the Tube Mill Helper ensures that the tube mill operates effectively, supporting the overall manufacturing goals of the facility.

Employee must wear steel toe boots or shoes.

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Employee is eligible for an additional $1.00 per hour attendance incentive for each week in which the employee has perfect attendance.

After completing initial training, the employee will also be eligible for a production incentive. When production qualifies during a shift, this incentive may range from an additional $1.00 to $3.00 per hour.

Pay:From $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Mon-Fri 6am- 2pm
• Possible schedule change to Mon-Thurs 5am- 3pm
