Qualifications

• Experience operating lasers, CNC equipment or other metal fabrication machinery preferred.

• Ability to use manufacturing systems to enter production information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate tube laser equipment according to production schedules.
• Load raw materials and safely unload finished parts.
• Perform machine changeovers, including tooling and lens changes as needed.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Enter production information accurately into the manufacturing system.
• Collaborate with the Laser Programmer to improve programs, quality, and efficiency.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned.
