Job summary

Snow & Company is a leading boatbuilding and ship repair company in Seattle seeking a Tube/Pipe Bender. Read schematics, set up NC or manual rotary draw benders, and bend tubes in steel, copper, and aluminum to spec.

Relocation assistance is available for highly qualified applicants. Enjoy an excellent compensation package up to $45/hour, plus 100% company-paid medical, 80% dependent coverage, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints, schematics, and specifications to determine bending requirements.
• Set up and operate NC and manual rotary draw bending machines on steel, copper, and aluminum.
• Measure to specified dimensions and meet inspection requirements per spec.
• Follow safety protocols and collaborate with welders and fabricators.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to determine tube bending requirements.
• Set up and operate tube bending machines, including NC and manual rotary draw benders on various materials such as steel, copper, and aluminum in multiple sizes.
• Measure to specified dimensions using measuring tools. Meet inspection requirements per spec.
• Adjust and maintain bending machines and related equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all phases of tube bending and fabrication.
• Collaborate with welders, fabricators, and other tradespeople on installations and assemblies.
