What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate pipe and tube bending equipment to produce parts to specification
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Select tooling and make adjustments to ensure accurate bends and quality output
• Measure and inspect parts using tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot equipment or tooling issues and communicate with team members as needed
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processesMaintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance guidelines
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe following 5S and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in metal fabrication, machining, or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precise measurements
• Basic math skills, including fractions and measurements
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Experience with tube/pipe bending or similar equipment
• Familiarity with CNC or automated machinery
• Experience working with thin‑wall materials or tight‑radius bends

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs
• Ability to use hands, tools, and equipment throughout the shift

Work Schedule

• 1st Shift – Flexible Schedules Available!
  • Monday through Friday, eight‑hour days
  • Monday through Thursday, ten‑hour days
