Job summary

Insight Global is recruiting for a security-focused role in Reston, VA to manage Xacta IA Manager and RMF workflows. The candidate will analyze Nessus scans, perform patching, and develop workflow templates aligned with customer processes.

Strong communication supports daily interface with a large user base. Required are a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, a Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience, and DoD 8570-M compliant certifications such as CEH/CHFI.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 5–7 years of experience.
• DoD 8570.01-M compliant cyber certs such as CEH/CHFI/CFR/Cloud+/CND are required before start.
• Experience STIG’ing enterprise systems.
• Experience with AWS/Linux environments.
• Experience with Nessus scans and remediation actions.
• Experience querying databases (MSSQL or PostgreSQL).
• Scripting experience in PHP or Python is required/desired.

• Learn, operate, and administer Xacta IA Manager Software Suite.

• Ensure technical security benchmarks are maintained. Analyze Xacta system Nessus scans, conduct remediation/system patching and installation of security patches.

• Develop workflow templates to align with customer business processes and practices.

• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operational performance and streamline customer Risk Management Framework workflow processes.

• Provide quality customer support. Interact daily in person, via email and phone conversations with a large user base to provide Xacta software and Risk Management Framework support.

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with CI Polygraph

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 - 7 years’ experience

• Must possess IAT LVL II AND one of the DoD 8570.01-M Cybersecurity Service Provider - Infrastructure Support Certifications such as: CEH, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND certification prior to start date

• Experience STIG'ing enterprise systems

• AWS/C2S Linux experience

• Experience conducing system patching (security patch, upgrades)

• Experience analyzing Nessus scans and conducting remediations actions

• Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex technical issues.

• Experience with querying Database Management Systems such as MSSQL or PostgreSQL highly desired.

• Experience with scripting languages such as PHP, Python, or Apache Velocity highly desired.

• Ability to develop Java Script Object Notation (JSON) API Solutions highly desired.

• Configuration Management & basic IT Systems Administration experience

• Risk Management Framework cloud security requirements highly desired.

• User/Administrator experience with one of the following: Xacta, Archer, eMASS, or other enterprise Cyber Risk Management tool

• AWS Solutions Architect, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification

• Risk Management Framework cloud security requirements highly desired.
