Insight Global is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to design, integrate, and support enterprise ICAM solutions in Arlington, VA. The role emphasizes ForgeRock expertise, identity federation, and Zero Trust, while leveraging DevSecOps practices to automate deployments and streamline identity operations.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI with CI Poly, IAT Level II or higher, and 8+ years of Systems Engineering experience, plus hands-on ForgeRock (AM, IDM, DS) and IAM knowledge.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly is required.
• IAT Level II Certification or higher is required.
• BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of systems engineering experience required.
• Hands-on ForgeRock platform experience (AM, IDM, DS).
• Experience with SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Strong ICAM/IAM concepts and identity lifecycle management knowledge.
• Experience with SSO, Identity Federation, and Access Management.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Identity principles and DISA/DoD collaboration is a plus.
• AWS Cloud IAM and Security Services knowledge is preferred.

Insight Global is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to sit in Arlington, VA. This individual will play a critical role in designing, integrating, and supporting enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions within highly secure environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise with the ForgeRock platform, identity federation technologies, and Zero Trust principles while leveraging DevSecOps methodologies to automate deployments and streamline identity operations. This role offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical systems, collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams, and drive advanced identity solutions supporting secure government operations.

Compensation

$62/hr to $72/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

• Active TSSCI and ability to be processed for a CI Poly
• IAT Level II Certification or higher (Security+ CE, CySA+, SSCP, CISSP, etc.)
• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of Systems Engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock platform (AM, IDM, DS)
• Experience with SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• Strong understanding of ICAM/IAM concepts and identity lifecycle management
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Federation, and Access Management
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Identity principles Experience supporting DISA or DoD mission partners

• JISG Access Controls experience
