Job summary

Arcadis, Atlanta area, seeks a TSMO Application Lead to deliver data-driven transportation programs spanning traffic signal systems, ITS, broadband, and digital infrastructure. You will provide project leadership across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes and long-term customer success.

The role requires 7+ years in data integration, analytics, automation, or digital transformation, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years delivering data integration, analytics, automation, or digital transformation solutions.
• Experience supporting transportation operations, ITS, TSMO programs, or public sector agencies preferred.
• Power Platform certification(s) preferred (PL-900 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level leadership for data-driven mobility projects.
• Lead delivery across traffic signal systems, ITS data visualization, and digital infrastructure initiatives.
• Oversee QA/QC, scoping, and financial reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Support continuous improvement by documenting SOPs and best practices.
