Zusammenfassung

Verde Clean is hiring Custodian (Limpieza) to support our operations at TSMC Phoenix, AZ. You will maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while upholding our commitment to safety and high-quality service for employees and visitors.

Shifts include Monday-Friday 2:00 PM–10:30 PM and Sunday-Thursday 5:00 PM–1:30 AM, pay rate $17 per hour. This role welcomes reliability and the ability to work independently or with a team, with opportunities for growth within Verde Clean as we support

Qualifikationen

• Janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and common areas.
• Wipe and sanitize desks, counters, and high-touch surfaces.
• Remove trash and debris.

Verde Clean

Verde Clean is seeking reliable and motivated Custodians to support our operations at TSMC in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting our commitment to sustainability, safety, and exceptional service.

Available Shifts

• Monday-Friday (LUNES-VIERNES), 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM $17/HR
• Sunday-Thursday (DOMINGO-JUEVES), 5PM-1:30AM $17/HR

Work Areas

Custodians may be assigned to one of the following teams:

Construction Cleanup (limpieza de construcion) M-F 2PM-10:30PM

• Clean construction areas and common spaces.
• Remove dust, debris, and construction-related waste.
• Prepare newly completed areas for occupancy.
• Follow all site safety requirements and PPE protocols.
• Clean restrooms

Office Cleaning (Limpieza de Oficinas) S-T 5PM-1:30AM

• Clean offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, and restrooms.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
• Restock supplies and empty trash receptacles.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Essential Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Comfortable working in various environments, including active construction areas and office settings.
