Job summary

Verde Clean is seeking reliable Custodians to support operations at TSMC in Phoenix, Arizona. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting sustainability, safety, and exceptional service.

Two available shifts are Sunday-Wednesday and Wednesday-Saturday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM, at $18.00 per hour. Responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas, with professional, friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Must speak, read, and understand English.
• Phone etiquette to answer calls professionally.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and common areas.
• Wipe and sanitize desks, counters, and high-touch surfaces.
• Remove trash and debris.
• Restock facility supplies.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Answer and respond to phone calls in a professional and timely manner as needed.

Verde Clean is seeking reliable and motivated Custodians to support our operations at TSMC in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting our commitment to sustainability, safety, and exceptional service.

Available Shifts

• Sunday-Wednesday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM | $18.00/HR
• Wednesday-Saturday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM | $18.00/HR

Office Cleaning Team

• Clean offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, and restrooms.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
• Restock supplies and empty trash receptacles.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Essential Responsibilities

• Comfortable working in various environments, including active construction areas and office settings.
