Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a TSM&O Engineer to join their Traffic & ITS Team in Miami, FL. The role involves designing and implementing traffic engineering and ITS solutions to create safer and smarter transportation networks. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and a Professional Engineer license. This position offers opportunities to mentor junior engineers and contribute to important transportation projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex engineering designs, technical reports, and specifications.
• Plan and coordinate project phases with other engineering disciplines.
• Monitor project progress and performance.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software

Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Leadership skills
