Job summary

Bunge North America in Bellevue, OH is seeking a Textured Soy Protein Concentrate Operator for our soybean processing plant. This night shift role runs 12-hour shifts with weekends and holidays possible, starting at $29.08 per hour and rising to $31.08 when certified.

You will operate TSPC equipment, ensure product quality, complete required paperwork, and uphold food safety standards while working as part of a safety-conscious team at a facility that values continuous improvement and training.

A Day in the Life:

The Bunge North America Bellevue, OH location is looking for a Textured Soy Protein Concentrate Operator at our soybean processing/refining plant.

Night Shift; 4:45p-5:00a, 12-hour shifts, with availability to work weekends and holidays

Pay Rate: $29.08 an hour to start - $31.08 an hour once certified

What You’ll be Doing:

• Maintain and operate TSPC equipment, operating various types of machinery as required
• Ensure all products are produced within specified quality standards
• Complete all paperwork in a timely manner
• Keep all work areas clean
• Commitment to supply safe food, maintain a food safety culture within the site, continually improve the site's food safety management system; and comply with customer and regulatory requirements
• Good manufacturing practices
• Basic computer and mechanical skills

• Must be able to tolerate soybean and dust as possible allergens at a soybean processing plant
