Job summary

Bowhead is seeking a Web/SharePoint Developer to support a customer in Stafford, VA. Responsibilities include managing and developing multiple websites, configuring web-based solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

A TS/SCI security clearance is required and US citizenship is mandatory for Top Secret clearance at this location. The position requires 3+ years of website administration experience, proficiency in SharePoint Online and 2016/2019, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
3+ years of experience in website administration or a related field.
DOD 8570 requirements for IAT I.
Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and jQuery.
Experience with SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio.
Familiarity with JSOM and REST API.
Understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and content management.
Experience with custom web part development and custom solutions such as WSP.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to interact with, extract, and translate customer requirements into working solutions.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Preferred: Familiarity with Office 365 suite and integration.
Preferred: Experience with UX/UI design principles.
Preferred: Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain multiple websites, including MKG, HighPoint, Entitlements Management, iSToRE, and Intel Division.
Perform permissions management, site navigation management, metrics collection and analysis, page and design changes, and troubleshooting issues.
Develop, configure, and maintain web sites and applications.
Design and implement web-based solutions to meet business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.
Perform system integrations and implement workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web applications.
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and training materials.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks.
