Job summary

CACI International in Warner Robins, GA seeks a Transformation Architect with TS/SCI clearance to support the AF DCGS program. You will guide architecture governance, work with analysts, and review plans for maintenance, upgrades, and cyber patching, including transitions to automated tools.

The role requires 2 years in hands-on virtual systems, cloud exposure, and knowledge of VM and networking fundamentals, with occasional travel up to 10% across the Continental US.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor of Science Degree or 8 years of experience.
• 2 years' experience working hands-on systems that are comprised of virtual components within on-premises or external cloud systems.
• Knowledgeable of virtual infrastructures to include compute and storage resources, virtual machines (VMs), and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provides architectural governance, ensuring open architectural solutions that facilitate a more responsive and Agile engineering approach.
• Coordinates and collaborates with analysts and sustainment to directly support the validation of operation workflows, demonstration threads, and CONOPS for the SW baseline.
• Provides plans and design reviews for maintenance releases, modifications, fixes, and end-of-life replacement; HW refresh; and cyber patching
• Assists with the transition to automated tools.
• Reviews design documentation associated with sustainment and upgrade.
• Conducts trade-off studies to identify the most advantageous technical approach to resolve specific engineering change issues.
• Follows Configuration Management processes and conducts technical reviews of SW Change Requests (SCRs).
