Job summary

Blue Sky Innovative Solutions is seeking a mid-level Training Coordinator to support a federal ServiceNow enterprise operations program. You will develop training for ServiceNow and Microsoft 365, deliver live and on-site sessions, and ensure training materials align with approved business processes and workflows.

You will lead UAT coordination, produce test plans and acceptance documentation, and author end-user guides.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in training coordination or instructional design, with DoD or U.S. Government program exposure.
• Experience developing and delivering end-user training for enterprise software platforms in a government environment (ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar).
• Ability to produce structured training materials: guides, job aids, SOPs, and knowledge transfer artifacts.
• Experience coordinating UAT, test plans, test cases, defect logs, and government acceptance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training programs for ServiceNow and Microsoft 365, including user guides, job aids, quick reference cards, and SOPs tailored to user roles.
• Design, produce, and maintain a library of recorded training sessions hosted in the Government-designated SharePoint environment.
• Deliver monthly live online training sessions and on-site sessions for groups up to 10 users at the classified facility.
• Coordinate and document UAT planning, execution, issues, and acceptance with government end users.
• Author training materials and maintain a searchable, version-controlled documentation library in SharePoint.
