Job summary

CTC Group is seeking Test Engineers for its Intelligence Community Division, located in Fort Meade, Maryland. Candidates will support the testing and evaluation of advanced systems related to SIGINT and cyber capabilities.

The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, a bachelor's degree, and considerable experience in testing environments. The position offers competitive benefits and a salary range between $145,000 and $195,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Four years of additional TE experience can substitute for degree.
• Two to eight years of experience required depending on qualification level.

Responsibilities

• Support testing of advanced systems for SIGINT and cyber capabilities.
• Plan and execute system and performance analysis.
• Produce detailed evaluation and analysis reports.

Skills

Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance

Experience in testing and evaluation of advanced systems

Modeling and simulation expertise

Strong analytical skills

Education
