Job summary

Koniag Government Services is seeking a Test Engineer in Vienna, VA with TS/SCI clearance to support our government customer. The role focuses on developing and executing manual and automated tests, validating software and hardware integrations, and reporting results to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include creating test plans, executing test scripts, performing regression and load testing, and applying SME knowledge of testing tools to improve processes within an Agile‑Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• Four years of relevant experience in software testing.
• Experience in operational environments with shifting priorities.
• TS/SCI security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design test plans to prioritize test activities for each iteration.
• Write, implement, and report status for system test cases.
• Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test scripts.
• Perform validation after deployment dry run.
• Collaborate with management to align IT testing strategies with Agile‑Scrum goals.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual testing methods.
• Use government‑requested tools such as Jira, QTP/UFT, LoadRunner, Selenium.
