• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required; Master’s may substitute for experience.
• Four additional years of TW experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain operations documentation, user guides, manuals, and technical publications.
• Collaborate with developers and engineers to produce documentation and training materials.
• Interpret engineering drawings and extract technical information for clear written documents.
• Produce DoD/NSA-style documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
