The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, 5+ years in technical writing, SDLC and RMF knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with product developers and software teams. Office presence is required, with a 5x8 day shift.

Qualifications

• Distill complex information into clear, concise content.
• 5+ years in technical or lead writing roles.
• Experience with SDLC and RMF and collaborating with software teams.
• Ability to develop templates and maintain consistent output styles.
• Strong writing and grammar skills with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation including manuals, guides, and specifications.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly language for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with customers and technical teams to gather information and translate requirements into documentation.
• Interview developers, review specs, and observe processes to produce accurate materials.
• Synthesize information into print and electronic formats and assist with training materials and proposals.
• Oversee visuals and ensure quality reviews for accuracy and standards compliance.
• Support knowledge management with cataloging systems and archived materials.
