Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph.
• Two or more years of related experience within the last five years in serialized, strategic 2nd echelon target analysis reporting; Level 04 requires 15+ years, Level 03 requires 12+ years, Level 02 requires 9+ years, Level 01 requires 6+ years.
• Minimum of High School Diploma.
• Relevant experience must relate to Agency mission (collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and include drafting/editing intelligence reports.
• Ability to author reports based on traffic; knowledge of analytic vectors; experience with SIGINT reporting policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare synthesized intelligence products for customers and report findings according to IC requirements and agency missions.
• Prioritize and assess information from multiple sources for government use.
• Maintain awareness of customer needs and collaborate with collectors to refine collection requirements.
• Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate.
• Issue products that relay developments, trends, warnings and situational awareness; suggest countermeasures and actions.
• Help develop databases or tools to enhance target knowledge and collection.
• Perform pre-release quality control functions.
