Job summary

RTX is seeking personnel for an onsite operations role at Buckley Space Force Base in Colorado. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship, with a 24/7 rotating shift schedule and direct customer interaction in a highly secure environment.

You will monitor real-time system status, evaluate issues, and implement design changes to improve efficiency while maintaining logs and reporting to government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Active and in-scope TS/SCI clearance required; U.S. citizenship is necessary.
• Experience supporting customers with regular interaction and collaboration with government/contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor near real-time system status and apply problem-solving skills.
• Conduct preliminary evaluation of system problems and assist in design changes to improve operations/costs.
• Document and maintain operational event logs and evaluate system performance to enhance operation and data processing capabilities.
• Collaborate with customers and peers in a closed environment.
• Complete required Operations Certification Process.
• Provide performance metrics and readiness updates to Government customers and program leadership.
• Work on a rotating 24/7, 12-hour shift schedule.
