Job summary

TENAX Technologies, LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator to support Air National Guard RPA operations in a secure environment. You will work with Windows servers, VMware, AD, and storage, ensuring mission-critical systems stay available 24/7/365 and meet security baselines.

Ideal candidates have TS/SCI eligibility and CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8140 IAT Level II. The role includes a hands-on, customer-facing, on-site position with diverse technologies and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT experience in Windows servers and workstations.
• Experience administering Active Directory and Group Policy.
• VMware virtualized environments experience required.
• Knowledge of storage/SAN technologies and backups.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent work ethic.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and DoD requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows servers, workstations, VMs, and storage.
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and policies.
• Troubleshoot VMware ESXi/vCenter environments and virtual servers.
• Maintain backups, data retention, and recovery procedures.
• Address security baselines, STIGs, and vulnerability remediation.
• Collaborate with military and government customers on issues.
