General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Systems Administrator in Norfolk, VA to support a DoD enterprise environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have Security+ or DoD 8570 Level II equivalent within 90 days of hire.
• TS/SCI Clearance required and eligibility to obtain CI Poly.
• RHEL, Windows, and/or Storage administration experience.
• Experience with trouble ticket systems such as Service+.
• Ability to respond to after-hours calls and provide on-call support.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to local sites.
• Strong documentation and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop and server systems across LAN/WAN, including OS deployment and security.
• Provide Tier 1-3 support for issues across client/server/storage/network devices.
• Coordinate on-site and remote support, including site visits and upgrades.
• Install/configure software via PowerShell, PDQ, or SCCM tooling.
• Maintain SOPs, document tickets, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Ensure systems align with STIGs and patching processes.
