INNOVIM seeks a CMAC Systems Administrator to support NORAD ITW/AA and NISSC 3 at Cheyenne Mountain Complex. The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, Linux/Windows admin skills, VMware, and strong troubleshooting across systems and networks. Expect travel up to 10% and a 12-hour Panama-style schedule.

Primary duties include implementing and maintaining systems, documenting procedures, and coordinating upgrades. Relocation is not available; on-site work at Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station.

Qualifikationen

• Active TS with SCI eligibility.
• 5+ years of general work experience.
• 2+ years of directly related experience.
• Current DoD IAT Level II or higher (Sec+).
• Experience with Linux, Windows OS, VMware, LAN/WAN.
• Red Hat or Linux knowledge.
• Understanding of virtual machines and Remote Desktop.
• Windows admin experience or space operations background.

Aufgaben

• Implement and maintain technical systems and interface to users.
• Provide guidance and training to group members.
• Serve as backup to lead computer systems administrator.
• Build and debug hardware/software to solve problems.
• Develop and implement system documentation and SOPs.
• Identify and correct processing anomalies.
• Install OS software, patches, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot system hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize OS and hardware.
• Perform backups, recovery, and server builds.
• Manage file servers and network access; document anomalies.
• Provide on-site and off-site travel for duties.
• Coordinate system upgrades and maintenance.
