Job summary

INNOVIM is seeking a TMAC System Administrator to support NORAD ITW/AA and NISSC II at the Cheyenne Mountain Complex. The role is located at Peterson Space Force Base, CO, with no relocation and no telework.

A Secret clearance, day shift, and broad experience across Windows/Unix/Linux, VMware, NetApps, databases, and IA governance are required. The candidate will install and troubleshoot servers, manage virtualization stacks, storage, and databases, collaborate with government customers, and

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 6+ years general work history.
• 3+ years directly related IT/Systems Administration experience.
• Experience administering Windows and Unix/Linux systems from the OS upward.
• Experience with VMware installation/configuration; ESXi hosts and vCenter deployment.
• Experience with IA policies, group policies via Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Install/configure and troubleshoot RedHat/Windows servers, NetApps, VMware vCenter, ESXi, Horizon, VDI, NetBackup, Oracle DBs and MS SQL; document processes.
• Interact with teammates and vendors to troubleshoot issues and evaluate products.
• Implement system enhancements, perform upgrades/patches, monitoring, problem resolution, and configuration management.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues.

INNOVIM is seeking a TMAC System Administrator supports North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyenne Mountain Complex (NCMC) Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC II).

The candidate will:

• Install/configure and troubleshoot of RedHat servers, Windows servers, NetApps, VMware vCenter, ESXi, Horizon, VDI’s, NetBackup, Oracle Databases and Microsoft SQL. Develop and document technical processes and procedures.
• Interact, meet, discuss, and troubleshoot issues with teammates and vendors; evaluate vendor products, services, and suggestions.
• Ensure necessary administration tasks are completed, recommend, and implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system including installing, upgrading/patching, monitoring, problem resolution, and configuration management.
• Work close with customers and resolve their technical issues.

Basic Requirements:

• Must have an Active Secret Clearance
• 6 years or more of general work history
• 3 years or more of directly related experience
• Experience in Systems Administration of complex applications on Windows and Unix/Linux platforms.
• Experience with Linux and Windows system administration including installing and configuring systems from the OS level up.
• Experience with VMWare installation and configuration and Systems Administration of EXSi hosts, deploying and configuring VMware vCenter, configure virtual storage using ISCSI and NFS storage.
• Experience with Information Assurance policies and procedures and the ability to apply IA requirements to an existing system, experience with applying group policies from Active Directory.
• Experience with scripting languages (developing, debugging, and maintaining

• Technical aptitude and ability to administer Windows Server and higher, VMware and NetApp
• Network services including DNS, DHCP, NPS.
• Authentication services including Active Directory, Radius, NPS.
• Server support including Linux, Windows, VMWare, VMware Cloud Foundation
• Ability to troubleshoot and accurately identify root cause of infrastructure issues.
• Strong collaboration capabilities to work closely with Government customers and Agile Teams.
• Knowledge of Containerized Virtual Environments Preferred
