CACI International Inc. is seeking a Splunk Software Engineer in Fort Meade, MD, to join a high-impact team supporting national security initiatives.

The role blends software engineering with DevOps to build integrations on the Splunk platform and its APIs, driving scalable, data-driven solutions for mission-critical operations. You will design, develop, and maintain APIs, scripts, and services, while advancing features, automation, and deployment workflows.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience developing and integrating APIs.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with Git and Jira.
• Current Splunk Accredited Core Implementation Certification.
• Education/experience combinations: 7+ years with HS diploma, 5+ years with Associate's, 3+ years with Bachelor's, 1+ year with Master's.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain applications, APIs, scripts, and services that integrate with Splunk and related technologies.
• Develop new features and enhancements while troubleshooting and resolving software defects.
• Create and maintain DevOps automation scripts, configuration files, and deployment workflows.
• Manage and maintain source code repositories using Git.
• Route, transform, and enrich data from multiple sources to support operational requirements.
• Collaborate with data providers and consumers to ensure effective data integration and delivery.
• Investigate and resolve escalated customer issues and technical support requests.
• Contribute to system reliability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
