Job summary

Latitude Inc. is seeking a cleared Software Engineer to join a small, high-performing team supporting a critical NGA mission. This fully onsite role focuses on object-oriented programming (Python, Java, C++, or similar) and offers full lifecycle development from concept to deployment.

Location: Fully Onsite – Gaithersburg, MD

Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, or Master's with 2+ years.
• Strong OOP skills in Python, Java, or C++ and experience with HTML/CSS, REST APIs and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Provide full lifecycle development from concept to deployment.
• Work on mission-critical software supporting NGA operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong Agile and CI/CD experience
