Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a SOF Intelligence Exercise Planner to develop scenario-based training that integrates intelligence, logistics, and communications within a SOF environment. You will interact with civilian authorities, manage Realistic Military Training requirements, and coordinate with exercise support organizations to meet training objectives.

Qualifications

• Three years of intelligence experience as an operator, analyst, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT or section intelligence leader.
• Three years of intelligence exercise planning experience leading F3EAD process teams.
• Three years of experience providing comprehensive exercise planning in support of intelligence exercises (Ops-Intel planning, ISR, F3EAD, logistics, civilian authorities, realistic military training) OR two years supporting MARFORSOC TRX events or equivalent SOF Intel Readiness exercises.

Responsibilities

• Develop scenario-based training to evaluate integration of logistics, communications, and intelligence operations within a SOF environment.
• Interact with civilian authorities and law enforcement, manage all Realistic Military Training (RMT) requirements and coordination with exercise support organizations.
• Develop and synchronize briefs and reports for exercise execution.
• Support the exercise Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) process and the implementation of Operations and Intelligence Fusion.
• Assist in implementing exercise storylines and master storyline events, providing on-call scripting to meet training goals.
• Coordinate with MRSG T-Cell personnel to capture input for and prepare written AARs, evaluations or other requested documents.
