Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Operations & Maintenance program for SATCOM infrastructure. This role includes accountability for program performance across operations, engineering, cybersecurity, and subcontractor management. Candidates must have significant experience in leading DoD programs and managing operational teams in a 24x7 environment. Qualifications

• Minimum Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• 12+ years leading large-scale DoD programs.
• 10+ years managing 24x7 operations across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall program execution and compliance with DoD standards.
• Interface with Government stakeholders for program status and performance.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate cross-functional workstreams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field

Master's degree in engineering, business, or related technical field

Tools

ITIL Foundation or higher
