General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking an Activity Security Representative II in California to provide multi-disciplined security support for collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.

The role includes day-to-day security tasks, classification reviews, and extensive data handling. The candidate must have 3+ years of related security experience and SAP experience, with a TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain CI poly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related security experience
• Prior/Current SAP experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area OR Associate’s degree in a related area + 2 years’ experience OR equivalent experience (4 years)
• Security Certification equivalents (SFPC, SPSC) may count toward experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct classification reviews of inbound/outbound correspondence
• Maintain document accountability databases and records
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipts
• Perform destruction of classified materials
• Process magnetic media for accountability
• Support reproduction of classified materials
• Maintain daily logs for document control tasks
• Assist in inbound/outbound data transfer and file processing
• Maintain a customer database and billets/quotas
• Assist with visit notices, escorts, and badge prep
• Assist with access control and entry system maintenance
• Data entry to Personnel Access Security System database
• Maintain personnel security files for supported personnel
• Follow customer SOPs and security awareness programs
• Provide miscellaneous admin support as directed
