General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks an Activity Security Representative in the United States to provide multi-disciplined security support for Collateral, SCI and SAP activities, handling day‑to‑day tasks such as classification reviews, mail processing, document control and access management.

Requirements include 3+ years of related experience, SAP experience, TS/SCI clearance with willingness to submit to a polygraph, and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence
• Assist in the maintenance of a document accountability database
• Processing inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records
• Perform destruction of classified materials
• Process magnetic media for accountability
• Reproduction support for classified materials
• Maintain various daily logs for document control
• Assist in processing inbound data and outbound data transfer files
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers
• Maintain a customer database of contacts
• Assist with inbound/outbound visit notices
• Escort facility visitors and logs
• Prepare facility access control badges
• Conduct entry/exit inspections
• Maintain facility access control systems
• Data entry to the Personnel Access Security System
• Maintain security files for personnel
• Follow customer SOPs
• Support security awareness programs
• Review security clearance processing with government personnel
• Participate in SAP inspections
• Implement Top Secret control for accountable material
• Prepare inbound/outbound classified mail/faxes/couriers
• Process PARs for accuracy/access
• Execute SAPNP questionnaires
• Conduct DCII/JPAS/SAPNP reviews
• Data entry and checks in AFADS
• Conduct indoctrinations
