Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking an ASR II to provide multi-disciplined security support for a customer facility and organization in Ogden, Utah.

The role covers day-to-day handling of collateral, SCI, and SAP activities with emphasis on access control, records management, and security compliance. Responsibilities include processing classified mail, maintaining security databases, preparing badges, conducting inspections, and supporting security education programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related security experience.
• SAP experience required.
• TS/SCI with poly eligibility.
• Security certifications may count towards experience per the equivalencies.

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Assist in maintaining document accountability database and related records.
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Destroy classified materials as required.
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
• Support reproduction of classified materials.
• Maintain daily logs for document control and administrative functions.
• Assist with data transfer files and internal customer data transfers.
• Maintain extensive customer database contact listings.
• Prepare facility access control badges and conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Maintain Personnel Access Security System data and billets.
• Support security awareness programs and training.
• Review, track, and monitor security clearance processing activities with government personnel.
• Participate in Air Force SAP security compliance inspections.
• Implement Top Secret control for accountable material and related materials.
• Process inbound/outbound mail, faxes, and courier packages.
• Prepare PARs for accuracy and access eligibility.
• Execute SAP Nomination Process Questionnaires.
• Conduct DCII/JPAS/SAPNP reviews for SAP access submissions.
• Indoctrinations and leadership for team members.

Education

Bachelor's degree

SFPC (Security Fundamentals Professional Certification) counts towards 1 year of experience

SPSC (Special Program Security Certification) counts towards 1 year of experience

SPED Certifications up to 3 years experience equivalence
