Job summary

A leading defense contractor is seeking a Russian Kazak and/or Uzbek Linguist Translator, Transcriber, Interpreter in Fairfax, VA. The candidate must have active TS/SCI clearance and possess strong skills in translation, interpretation, and transcription of documents. Responsibilities include translating reports, interpreting during meetings, and transcribing audio materials. A bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience are required. Competitive salary range of $86,600 - $181,800 and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with adjudicated Polygraph.
• Ability to score ILR Level 3 or higher on translation test.
• Minimum five years’ experience in translation, transcription, or interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Translate and transcribe intermediary to advanced-level printed materials.
• Interpret consecutively or simultaneously as required.
• Transcribe audio or internet materials accurately.
