Job summary

Arlo Solutions LLC is seeking a Resource, Programming and Integration SME in Arlington, VA. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and extensive PPBE and JCIDS experience to support LE portfolio activities and DoD engagement.

The candidate will coordinate staffing, draft and edit documents, and maintain programmatic and resourcing procedures for PPBE processes, ensuring timely staff work products and effective briefings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• At least 10 years of Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE) experience including NIP/MIP, POM submissions, CBJ reviews, reclamas, appeals, and budget execution reviews.
• 5 years of experience with JCIDS, DoD PPBE system and Acquisition Process.
• Experience in DoD Law Enforcement (Special Agent, Military Police) and analysis of operational needs and gaps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis, provide recommendations to leadership, prepare staff packages, position papers, and talking points for LE efforts.
• Manage weekly workload: approximately 50 actions per week and 3 per month for specific tasks.
• Perform budgetary reviews and document handling within the LE portfolio and related systems.
• Assist with Congressional interactions including drafting testimony and responses to CDAs, and preparing APQ/QFR material.
